Foot problems and foot pain

People having foot problems and foot pain is a common phenomenon. Worldwide around 65% of the people have foot problems or foot related problems. This can be having tired or burned feet at the end of the day, to serious back problems. Most of the times caused because people are not wearing the right proper shoes and the fact that the feet are not matching well to the shoe. The fitting and the proportions of the feet are different then the inside shape of the shoe.

4. Arch and bottom of the foot - medial, lateral arch problems/pain
a. Tarsal tunnel syndrome
b. Flat feet / posterior tibial tendon dysfunction (PTTD)
c. High arches (hollow feet)
