To select the right size Manhattan insole it is important to know your right shoe size. This can be difficult because worldwide there are several shoe size systems used such as European (EU), English (UK), United States (U.S.) and Mondo Point. Each with their own sizes and size division. Further more it is proven that many people wear their shoes too tight or too large because they don’t know their exact shoe size.

Basis for the right shoe size is the length of your foot added with an average of 12mm (length addition). Your can measure your foot size by standing in a normal position and then measure the length from the back part of your heel to the front side of your longest toe. If, after the measuring, it shows that one of your feet is longer than the other then you should take the longest foot as the basis.
